UTAM is a platform that connects buyers and sellers in Utah — a digital community board, not a dealer or transfer agent. We are not a Federal Firearms Licensee, and we do not facilitate transfers, hold funds, or act as an intermediary in any transaction.
Deals happen directly between buyers and sellers (including when a licensed dealer lists on UTAM). Both parties are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable federal, state, and local law — including transfer rules for private sales and dealer sales in Utah. If you're unsure, consult a licensed dealer or attorney before completing a sale.
All listings must comply with our prohibited items policy. Class III / NFA items — suppressors, short-barreled rifles, machine guns, AOWs — are not permitted on UTAM.
